BROCKHAMPTON Announce Final Album 'The Family' & Share Teaser Videos

Months after they announced a split, BROCKHAMPTON have revealed the name of their final album. It's called The Family and the album's cover – as well as teaser videos promoting the record – have been shared by the group.

The Family is due out November 17. The group teased the final album at their Coachella performance back in April. After leaving the stage, they played a clip of Kevin Abstract meeting with his bandmates and discussing the last BROCKHAMPTON LP. The video cut to a graphic that read: “Final Album. 2022.”

The group has been on an “indefinite hiatus” since the performance, having canceled all of its previously-announced 2022 dates except for two shows at London’s O2 Academy Brixton in February and both weekends of Coachella. The Family will follow BROCKHAMPTON's 2021 album, Roadrunner: New Light, New Machine.

The album cover for The Family was revealed yesterday, October 27. It's an illustration that depicts various references from BROCKHAMPTON's history. The artwork includes two blue-faced parents (a Saturation Trilogy look) holding a rainbow baby (the same style as Iridescence), Mr. Snuffleupagus the alpaca from the "GUMMY" music video, the car from the Saturation II album cover, and multicolored silhouettes of the boys.

Besides the album teaser video – a skit featuring artists $not and slowthai – BROCKHAMPTON have also shared a video teaser called "I Miss the Band Already." It features audio from the 'eureka' moment when the band decided on the title Saturation for their landmark album, and includes clips of notable band memories while Kevin Abstract sings a heartfelt song.
