Crossroads Guitar Festival 2019 to Be Released as Live LP & Concert Film

Eric Clapton's 2019 Crossroads Guitar Festival is set to be released as a live LP and concert film this November.

The two-day concert event, which took place at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, featured performances from Clapton, James Bay, Jeff Beck, Doyle Bramhall II, Gary Clark Jr., Robert Cray, Sheryl Crow, Andy Fairweather Low, Peter Frampton, Vince Gill, Buddy Guy, Sonny Landreth, Lianne La Havas, Los Lobos, John Mayer, Keb’ Mo’, Bonnie Raitt, Robert Randolph, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Jimmie Vaughan, and more. The 2019 event was Clapton's fifth installment of the festival after launching it in 2004. Since then, it has been held every three years except 2016.

Nearly four hours of highlights from the 2019 event will now be available to the world in the following formats: 3CD, 6LP, 2DVD, and 2 Blu-rays.

Due out Nov. 20 via Rhino, the release is available for preorder now. The Marcus King Band's live performance of “Goodbye Carolina” is currently available on YouTube. Additionally, starting Nov. 28, there will be special programming on the 2019 Crossroads Guitar Festival on PBS stations.
