Fall Out Boy’s Joe Trohman Releases Animated Series 'Mondo Trasho 3042'
Fall Out Boy’s Joe Trohman has released an entire animated series on YouTube entitled Mondo Trasho 3042.
Created by Trohman, Wade Randolph, and Spencer Berman, the 10-episode series sees the fictional band Mondo Trasho in the year 3042 navigating some of the challenges of being in a band.
Patrick Stump worked on the score with Trohman and Pete Wentz was a producer on the project. Sevan Najarian directed the series and Midnight Kids Studio did the animation.
Given the stay-at-home orders because of COVID-19, they decided to release the whole series on YouTube, although they were originally considering pitching the project around. You can watch the entire series here.
