Featured Spotlight Station: Nature Mountain Radio
Live365's "Featured Spotlight Station" this week is Nature Mountain Radio! We spoke with the station manager about their setup, what listeners can expect to hear, and the station's favorite songs. Check out the interview below!
What brought you to Live365?
Because Live365 does the right thing and makes sure that the artists are paid. Other services do not do this.
What's your studio like?
My studio is at home and I use a Blue Microphone and different types of headphones.
What can listeners expect when they tune in to your station?
Listeners can expect a calm feeling come over them as they listen to the folk and acoustic music of Nature Mountain Radio. It's the feeling that you get when you go away to the mountains and sit by a lake. Think warm mountain air with a cool breeze as you listen to the water ebb and flow in a nearby stream or lake.
What has been your favorite moment as a DJ/Station Manager so far?
The best part is hearing from the listeners about how the station helps make them feel at ease and happy.
What is the best concert you've ever attended, and why?
Billy Joel, because it's Billy Joel - it's his music and how he gets so into his music when he performs.
What artist (dead or alive) would you love to see live, but haven't had the chance to see?
The Grateful Dead because I have heard some amazing experiences people have had while watching the band live.
We asked for some of the station's favorite songs. Here's what they had to say!

Onward - Yes

Fly Away - John Denver

Ripple - Grateful Dead
