Featured Spotlight Station: WNJH HD1

Live365's "Featured Spotlight Station" this week is WNJH HD1! We spoke with Rick Sepe about their setup, what listeners can expect to hear, and the station's favorite songs. Check out the interview below!

What brought you to Live365?

We needed a streaming host.

What's your studio like?

Our studio consists of the Arrakis ARC-10 console, Windows 10, Apex Automotive Software, 4 studio mics and headsets, as well as CD players and turntables.

What can listeners expect when they tune in to your station?

Listeners can expect favorites from the 50s onward! We also have 5 DJs and several special shows, including our Political Talk Show, Special Needs Talk Show, Pastor Talk Show, Sinatra and Friends Show, Back to Mono (where we play original 45s), and Blast from the Past (our countdown show).

WNJH were the original call letters for the AM radio station that was located in Hammonton, NJ, so in addition, we spotlight South Jersey by covering local news as well as local high school sports and little league.

What has been your favorite moment as a DJ/Station Manager so far?

It was really rewarding to start my own radio station. I just wish I could take it one step further with a FM signal.

What is the best concert you've ever attended, and why?

Bruce Springsteen's show in Philadelphia in 2018.

What artist (dead or alive) would you love to see live, but haven't had the chance to?

The Bee Gees

We asked for some of the station's favorite songs. Here's what they had to say!

I have too many. I have worked in radio for nearly 30 years with all kinds of music, including big band, old country to new pop country, AC, oldies, and I even worked on an Italian station. My list would be way too long, but here are a few tracks that we've played in the last hour:
