Fleetwood Mac and Lindsey Buckingham Settle Lawsuit

In a recent interview, former Fleetwood Mac guitarist Lindsey Buckingham revealed he has settled his lawsuit against his former bandmates.

He was fired from Fleetwood Mac earlier this year. In October, he filed a lawsuit against the band alleging a breach of fiduciary duty and breach of oral contract, among other charges.

Following those allegations, a representative for the band was quoted as saying, "Fleetwood Mac strongly disputes the allegations presented in Mr. Buckingham's complaint and looks forward to their day in court."

Yesterday, however, Buckingham gave an interview to CBS -- his first since his dismissal -- stating that the lawsuit was quietly settled several weeks ago.

Buckingham did not elaborate on the settlement, but did say, "We've all signed off on something. I'm happy enough with it. I'm not out there trying to twist the knife at all. I'm trying to look at this with some level of compassion, some level of wisdom."

In addition to the interview, Lindsey Buckingham performed three songs.
