Injury Reserve Release 'By the Time I Get to Phoenix' & Announce Tour
After releasing "Knees" in August and dropping another single, "Superman That," Injury Reserve has finally shared their second full-length studio album (and possibly last project), By the Time I Get to Phoenix.
Clocking in at approximately 40 minutes, the 11-track project features one guest appearance from rapper Zelooperz. By the Time I Get to Phoenix is Injury Reserve’s first album since the June 2020 death of co-founder Stepa J. Groggs. The record was largely completed before Groggs' death. The surviving band members took the past year to finish the record.
To mark the occasion, the band - which now consists of Parker Corey and Ritchie With a T - have announced headlining dates in North America, the United Kingdom, and Europe for 2021 and 2022. Their North American tour dates will see them in cities like Chicago, Boston, Atlanta, Los Angeles and Seattle before finishing in Phoenix December 29.
The shows include support from A Quiet Farewell artist Slauson Malone and rapper Zeroh.
You can purchase tour tickets, digital copies of By the Time I Get to Phoenix, and vinyl copies all on the band's website. The album is also available to stream on Spotify and Apple Music.
