Today, Live365's Featured Holiday Station is Mill City Radio. Broadcasting from Lowell, Massachusetts, Mill City Radio plays all your Christmas Oldies and Holiday Favorites NOW through New Years Day!

We recently spoke with Jeffrey Morrissette of Mill City Radio to talk about the station, what listeners can expect to hear, and the station's favorite holiday tunes!

What brought you to Live365?

Live365 has been great and gives us the music licensing we need to share our love of Christmas music with our listeners. (Editor's note: read more about Live365's licensing in the U.S., in Canada, and in the U.K.)

What's your studio like?

We use Sam Broadcaster PRO, Windows 10 with dual monitors, external hard drive, Bose headphones, and a Blue Yeti microphone.

What can listeners expect to hear when they tune in to your station?

Listeners can expect to hear a wide variety of hand picked Christmas music. We play all your Christmas Oldies from Andy Williams, Johnny Mathis, Nat King Cole, Brenda Lee, Darlene Love, The Carpenters, and Frank Sinatra to your newer Christmas Favorites such as Mariah Carey, Josh Groban, Kelly Clarkson, Leann Rimes, Gwen Stefani, Sia, and John Legend.

What's been your favorite moment as a DJ/Station Manager so far?

This is our 7th year of Christmas music on Mill City Radio. We started playing Christmas music this year on October 15th. It may seem crazy early to some but our Christmas diehards love it. My favorite part of it all is seeing the same listeners come back year after year to listen to our station!

What's the best concert you've ever attended, and why?

On Black Friday 2017, I attended the Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert in Worcester, MA. I had front row seats, center stage. IT WAS THE MOST AMAZING CONCERT EVER! The music, lights, story telling was all great. TSO is a must see every Christmas season for me. Looking forward to seeing them again this year on Black Friday. By the way... the first concert I went to many years ago, you guessed it... Trans-Siberian Orchestra!
