Netflix Unveils First Trailer for The Notorious B.I.G. Documentary
Netflix has unveiled the first trailer for the upcoming documentary about The Notorious B.I.G., Biggie: I Got a Story to Tell.
The first estate-approved documentary, which has been in the works for four years, was directed by Emmett Malloy and executive produced by Biggie's mother Voletta Wallace and Sean “Diddy” Combs. The film will cover the legendary rapper's early life and career, utilizing video footage filmed by his best friend Damion "D-Roc" Butler as well as interviews with his friends and family.
A description of the film reads, "With unprecedented access granted by the Wallace estate, this cinematic documentary is an emotional and personal journey through the people, places, and events that created the greatest hip-hop artist of all-time."
Biggie: I Got a Story to Tell premieres on Netflix on Mar. 1.
