New Feature Release: Improved Share Function and Customized Station Slugs

Hey broadcasters!

We have good news, we just released some new features to start off the New Year right!

The first new feature is a share function that highlights your station info instead of just the Live365 logo and info. Previously, your station info was not included when you would share your station, so we have added your station name, photo, and description. The new share function is currently just better support for sharing your station on social media. Now, when you post the link to your station on social media, your station name, photo, and description will automatically appear in the preview.

We also improved the station profile URLs, also known as slugs, by adding your station name to the URL. We added these customized station slugs to help with the searchability of your station. So, now you will notice that your station URL appears as https://live365.com/station/YourStationName-a12345 instead of
https://live365.com/station/a12345.

Additionally, the speed of the Live365 platform has greatly improved to make for an even better and easier listening and broadcasting experience.

We really wanted to do something to help you, our broadcasters, to help promote your station and help you build the best radio station possible, so we really hope you love these features!

We are excited to continue improving the Live365 platform in the New Year to deliver the best internet radio broadcasting experience possible for our broadcasters.

We hope you find these features beneficial! Have any other suggestions? Let us know on our feedback portal!

To further celebrate the New Year, we also just updated our Live365 IOS app that now offers a new user interface as well as a bunch of new features. You can check out all the info about it here.
