Tenacious D to Play Rock the Vote Concerts Before 2024 U.S. Presidential Election

The hilarious hard-rocking duo Tenacious D will be encouraging American youths to vote this year through the power of music. Jack Black and Kyle Glass have announced October concerts to support Rock the Vote: the largest nonpartisan nonprofit dedicated to building the political power of young people and breaking barriers to participation.

The shows will happen in Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania. It isn't Tenacious D's first time collaborating with Rock the Vote, as the comedy group supported the nonprofit back in 2020 with a star-studded cover of “Time Warp.”

An artist pre-sale for tickets is happening right now. Interested fans can use the password "LIBERTY" to access it. The general ticket sale starts Friday at 10am local time. Before doing the Rock the Vote shows, Tenacious D will be playing concerts in Australia and New Zealand throughout July. You can learn more information about their concerts here.

In other Tenacious D news, the duo's latest single was "...Baby One More Time," which was released for the family film Kung Fu Panda 4.
