Top 10 The Cars Songs

The Cars frontman Ric Ocasek passed away in New York City earlier this week at the age of 75. The cause of death was heart disease. Ocasek was the Cars' singer, guitarist, and songwriter, leaving a lasting influence as the voice of the New Wave movement.

The Cars debuted in 1978 with their self-titled album and went on to release 6 more studio albums. Although they broke up in 1988, just 10 years after their debut, they delivered many hits, including “Shake It Up,” “You Might Think,” and "Magic." They were later inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2018.
