In a press release, the doc is described as opening "a new door to Springsteen’s creative process for fans around the world, sharing fly-on-the-wall footage of band rehearsals and special moments backstage — as well as hearing from Springsteen himself.” With rare archival clips spread throughout, it's being billed as a "never-before-seen chapter in an autobiographical series spanning Springsteen’s memoir Born to Run, Springsteen on Broadway, and the films Western Stars and Letter to You.”
At the time of writing, no trailer for the documentary has been shared.
In other Springsteen news, the rock legend recently launched the European leg of his tour. He’ll play shows throughout the UK and Europe through the end of July, before kicking off a new leg of late summer stadium shows in the US. He also released his Greatest Hits album last month.
