Happy New Year! If you were partying hard on December 31 and weren't around a TV, here's a recap: Chappell Roan, Mariah Carey, Pitbull, Post Malone, Diana Ross, Chance the Rapper, and many more performed during the most recent Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve special.
This year’s event marked the 53rd anniversary of Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve. According to Pitchfork, over 40 artists performed across New York, Las Vegas, Chicago, Puerto Rico, and elsewhere as part of the festivities, while Ryan Seacrest and Rita Ora hosted the special.

Chappell Roan sang “The Subway” live in Kansas City, Carey performed a medley including “Obsessed,” “In Your Feelings,” and “It’s Like That” in Las Vegas, and Post did “That’s My Story,” “What the Cowgirls Do,” and “Amarillo Sky” over in Nashville. Once the ball dropped in Times Square and 2026 arrived, headliner Diana Ross performed a medley, joined by other Times Square performers like Ciara, Maren Morris, LE SSERAFIM, and Little Big Town. Back in Vegas, Pitbull gave a very special performance of the Afrojack and Ne-Yo collab "Give Me Everything," while in Chicago, Chance the Rapper played his song "No More Old Men" - featuring a call-and-response with the crowd alongside artist Jamila Woods.
Besides the aforementioned artists, other performers included 4 Non Blondes, 50 Cent, Daddy Yankee, Goo Goo Dolls, the All-American Rejects, Charlie Puth, BigXthaPlug, New Kids on the Block, Busta Rhymes, Demi Lovato, Zara Larsson, and the singers behind KPop Demon Hunters’ HUNTR/X.
