Live365's "Featured Spotlight Station" this week is Hillbilly Highway! We spoke with DJ Glenn about the station's setup and what listeners can expect to hear. Check out the interview below!
What brought you to Live365?
After lots of research, Hillbilly Highway ended up at Live365.
What's your studio like?
We have a custom-built PC that runs two 30-inch flat screen linked monitors, RadioBOSS Automation Software, Live365, Arrakis ARC-10 broadcast console, two Shure SM7B mics, Pioneer dual CD player, custom-built laptop, and KRK monitors for playback.
What can listeners expect when they tune in to your station?
Lots of fun, great music, live interviews with artists in Nashville, local spotlights on law enforcement, firefighters, EMTs, and nurses, on-air military recognition, and more fun! Plus an average DJ, LOL.
What has been your favorite moment as a DJ/Station Manager so far?
Picking the music and getting it organized.
What is the best concert you've ever attended, and why?
Merle Haggard, because my dad was with me.
