Weezer will make an appearance on The Simpsons this Sunday, May 10, and they’ll also be debuting a new single entitled "Blue Dream" on the episode.
The band will hit the cartoon stage on Sunday’s episode, "The Hateful Eight-Year-Olds," which follows Homer and Marge on a romantic cruise. Weezer will play the band providing nightly entertainment on the cruise, Sailor’s Delight.
Sailor’s Delight will perform some songs from 2019’s The Black Album and 2017’s Pacific Daydream. Additionally, Weezer’s new track "Blue Dream" from their currently postponed album Van Weezer will make its debut.
The band tweeted, "Hi, we’re the band Weezer, you kids might recognize us and our music (old and new) on Sunday’s episode of @TheSimpsons so tune in 8/7c on @AnimationOnFOX."
"The Hateful Eight Year-Olds" featuring Weezer will air this Sunday, May 10 at 8pm ET on FOX.
