User invites and roles are here!
Many broadcasters have different reasons for needing to invite others to log in to their Live365 station, but with limited access. 5 user roles empower you to do just that.
Invite your collaborators – program directors, DJs, students, or team members – to your station and manage everyone’s access easily:
- Station manager - Full access to all settings and content; equivalent to Station owner
- Music manager - Full access to features related to media and programming the station, with limited administrative permissions
- DJ - Can manage AutoDJ settings and broadcast live, with read-only access to certain sections
- Analyst - Read-only access to analytics and events
- Guest - Minimal access, perfect for users who need to view certain parts of your station without making changes
Assigning a collaborator is simple, just invite them and select their role. Your collaborator receives an email to accept your invitation, and that’s it! They’ll have access to your station based on their assigned role permissions. You’ll always have a full list of anyone with access, and you can adjust any collaborator’s role and access at any time.
