Nas Releases Video for New Song 'Big Nas'

We've all heard a lot about Lil Nas X these last few weeks, but now it's time to listen to Big Nas.

Nas has shared a new single titled “Big Nas.” Produced in collaboration with Hit-Boy, it talks about everything Nas has been through, the endeavors he partakes in presently, and what he plans to do next. “Big Nas, old money, new money/Rap money, TEC money, flex money/What’s next? You funny/Me, myself, I’m the illest alive/I can do a whole album on how it feel to survive,” raps the artist.

The song was made for the rapper's MasterClass “Hip-Hop Storytelling,” which will drop on the website October 14. “Nas shares his philosophy as a lyricist, breaking down how he used his life experiences and emotions to create incredibly raw yet cinematic lyrics with a message to inspire MasterClass members to do the same,” a press release states.

The new track comes along with a music video directed by Ben Dean. Shot in Brooklyn, New York, the video captures a dancer reciting the song's lyrics, strutting their stuff, and moving through the Big Apple before eventually floating into the sky.
