After the teaser and first official trailer both appeared in June, a second trailer for the upcoming Bruce Springsteen biopic, Deliver Me From Nowhere, has materialized. The visual dropped during the broadcast for the 2025 Emmy Awards.
The moody clip mainly focuses on Jeremy Allen White as Springsteen and Jeremy Strong as Springsteen’s manager, Jon Landau. It’s soundtracked by “Atlantic City,” from Springsteen’s 1982 album, Nebraska.

“Nebraska is where Bruce chose truth over expectation—a choice that still reverberates through everything he’s written since,” director Scott Cooper said in a press statement released by 20th Century Studios. “At that crossroads, he could have chased the bright lights and the roar of arenas, but instead he turned inward, armed only with silence, a four-track recorder, and the courage to confront himself. For him to trust me with telling that story—the most vulnerable chapter of his life—is the greatest honor I’ve ever had as a filmmaker.”
“This film takes a couple years out of my life and looks at them very closely, a time when I made ‘Nebraska’ and went through some personal difficulties,” Springsteen said about the film. “I’m so appreciative of Jeremy Allen White and the entire cast for their wonderful and moving performances—and Scott Cooper, one of the most generous collaborators I’ve ever worked with.”
The screenplay for Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere was adapted from Warren Zanes’ book of the same name. Besides Jeremy Allen White and Jeremy Strong, the flick also stars Marc Maron as producer Chuck Plotkin, Johnny Cannizzaro as Steven Van Zandt, Paul Walter Hauser as guitar tech Mike Batlan, Stephen Graham as Bruce Springsteen’s father, Doug, Odessa Young as a love interest name Faye, Gaby Hoffman as Springsteen’s mother, Adele, and David Krumholtz as Columbia Records executive Al Teller.
The picture had its world premiere at the 52nd Telluride Film Festival on August 29, with Jeremy Allen White's performance praised by critics. The film hits movie theaters October 24.
