Beyoncé Shares Tracklist for New Country Album 'Cowboy Carter'

Beyoncé has unveiled the tracklist for her new album, Cowboy Carter. The Renaissance follow-up features 27 tracks, including her rumored cover of Dolly Parton’s classic “Jolene” and an appearance from country legend Willie Nelson.

Queen Bey shared the tracklist graphic on her social media accounts; the vintage-style poster features an extended title for the project: Cowboy Carter and the Rodeo Chitlin’ Circuit.

Cowboy Carter arrives tomorrow (March 29) and includes the singles “16 Carriages” and “Texas Hold ’Em.” With the latter hit, Beyoncé made history as the first Black woman ever to top Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart. The song also reached #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, marking Beyoncé’s ninth chart-topper and first since “Break My Soul.”

As for the new songs you can expect on Cowboy Carter, they feature titles such as “Spaghettii,” “The Linda Martell Show,” “Riiverdance,” and “Tyrant.” And quite coincidentally, there's a song called "Dolly P": no doubt a reference to country queen Dolly Parton, who praised Beyoncé when "Texas Hold 'Em" topped the Billboard country chart. “I’m a big fan of Beyonce and very excited that she’s done a country album,” Parton wrote on social media. “So congratulations on your Billboard Hot Country number one single. Can’t wait to hear the full album!”

Beyoncé recently shared the artwork and a note on Cowboy Carter. “This ain’t a Country album,” she clarified in the statement. “This is a ‘Beyoncé’ album.”
