We now have our first still images of Paul, John, George, and Ringo in Sam Mendes' in-the-works Beatles biopics!
The images were first sent out in the mail before high-quality pictures circulated online. Yesterday (January 29), the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts - which was co-founded by Paul McCartney - sent out postcards with photos of Paul Mescal, Barry Keoghan, Harris Dickinson, and Joseph Quinn as their respective characters. Mescal plays McCartney, Keoghan plays Ringo Starr, Dickinson plays John Lennon, and Quinn plays George Harrison.

The cast of the films was announced back in April, 2025. All four of Mendes’ films - the first scripted movies to be granted the Beatles’ life and music rights - are currently scheduled to be released on April 7, 2028, according to Variety. Sony Pictures will distribute the flicks.
The Beatles – A Four-Film Cinematic Event will also star Saoirse Ronan as Linda McCartney, Mia McKenna-Bruce as Maureen Starkey Tigrett, Anna Sawai as Yoko Ono, Aimee Lou Wood as Pattie Boyd, James Norton as Brian Epstein, and Harry Lloyd as George Martin.
