YouTube has debuted the first look at their new documentary on the Indio, California music festival Coachella, which is set to premiere on March 31.
Entitled Coachella: 20 Years in the Desert, the YouTube Originals documentary will explore the festival's history, including its beginnings and its performances throughout the past 20 years from some of the biggest names in music. The Chris Perkel-produced and directed documentary will feature exclusive, never-before-seen footage, interviews, and performances.
YouTube has partnered with Coachella over the past 9 years to livestream both weekends of Coachella. YouTube will again livestream Coachella 2020, which takes place April 10-12 and April 17-19.
