Adele will be throwing homecoming concerts in London's Hyde Park next summer - marking her return to the stage after a long hiatus from music.
The British singer announced a pair of outdoor 30 concerts, set for July 1 and 2, 2022. Pre-sales start tomorrow, October 28, and can be accessed via Adele's website. The Hyde Park concerts are the first confirmed Adele live show dates, but they won’t be the last. The 15-time Grammy Award-winner is already considering a Las Vegas residency in 2022, Billboard reports.
Adele’s comeback track “Easy on Me” has been dominating the charts since its release. It's reached No. 1 on the Official U.K. Chart, Billboard Hot 100 and Global Charts, Australia’s national survey, and elsewhere. In other words: it's definitely playing on your local radio station.
“Easy on Me” is the first track from Adele’s 30, her fourth studio album. The LP is the follow-up to her Grammy-winning 25, which was released back in 2015. Her tour for that album was a box office smash, earning more than $150 million in sales.
In other Adele news, the singer recently announced a two-hour TV special called Adele One Night Only, which will air on CBS on November 14 at 8:30pm ET. She also participated in Vogue's iconic 73 Questions series. While answering queries about her personal life and musical moments, she kicked the game up a notch by tackling more questions than was required - thus revealing a special number tied to her upcoming album.
