Carrie Underwood Announces Easter Livestream Concert

Carrie Underwood will be celebrating Easter Sunday with a virtual live concert from the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee.

The concert, set for April 4, will feature songs from Underwood's upcoming gospel album My Savior. “My Savior: Live from the Ryman” will be free to watch, though donations can be made to help the nonprofit organization Save the Children. The organization provides programs to promote childhood education and stop hunger.

Gospel legend CeCe Winans and NEEDTOBREATHE’s Bear Rinehart, who are featured on Underwood’s My Savior album, will join the seven-time Grammy winner for the concert. Winans and Underwood will duet in "Great Is Thy Faithfulness," while Rinehart will join in during the hymn "Nothing But the Blood of Jesus." Ten-time CMA Musician of the Year winner Mac McAnally and harmonica legend Buddy Greene will also perform for the Ryman show.

The concert will stream on Underwood’s Facebook page at 12pm ET (11am CT). Fans can RSVP via Facebook and “My Savior: Live From The Ryman” will remain exclusively on the page for 48 hours.
