Guns N' Roses Release New Song 'Hard Skool'

Hard rock band Guns N' Roses have shared the song "Hard Skool." It's the band's second release of 2021 and a recycled outtake from the 2008 Chinese Democracy sessions.

A few days ago, Guns N' Roses member Slash shared TikTok footage of the band playing “Hard Skool” at a soundcheck. The video was taken at Chicago's Wrigley Field.

A demo was later leaked online, and a proper studio version of "Hard Skool" was dropped today (September 24). The lyrics of the track seem to talk about the band sticking together, and a scenario in which things have fallen apart.

Last month, Guns N’ Roses dropped their single “ABSUЯD.” It marked the band’s first song in over a decade of no new releases. The track was also a rework of an unreleased song recorded for the Chinese Democracy sessions, originally titled “Silkworms.” According to Stereogum, the band was playing a version of the song live back in 2001.

Guns N' Roses are currently traveling on a North American reunion tour. You can purchase tickets and learn more information on the band's official site.
