Raekwon has announced that he'll officially be closing out the Only Built 4 Cuban Linx trilogy.
While talking with TIDAL’s Elliot Wilson to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the original Only Built 4 Cuban Linx, the Wu-Tang Clan member revealed that Only Built 4 Cuban Linx Pt. III is on the way.
During their chat, he said, “Listen, I’m gonna make an announcement. You ready? It’s time we closed that trilogy out. You know what it [is]. It’s time to close that trilogy.”
Released in 1995, Only Built 4 Cuban Linx was Raekwon’s debut solo LP. He then followed it up in 2009 with Pt. II. Both albums were well received, solidifying him as one of the hottest MCs at the time. The release date for Pt. III is to be announced.
