Ringo Starr And His All Starr Band to Embark on 2019 World Tour

Ringo Starr and his All Starr Band will be touring next year to celebrate their 30th anniversary as a band. Toto’s Steve Lukather, Santana’s Gregg Rolie, Men at Work’s Colin Hay, multi-instrumentalist Warren Ham, drummer Gregg Bissonette, and Hamish Stuart will be joining him for the world tour.

The tour begins on March 21 in Funner, CA and hits several stops in Japan before coming back to North America where the tour will end. The final stop is on Sept. 1 in Los Angeles, CA.

The All Starr Band has had several different members since they began touring with Ringo in 1989. For the first Ringo Starr and his All Starr Band tour, the Band consisted of Joe Walsh, Nils Lofgren, Dr. John, Billy Preston, Rick Danko, Levon Helm, Clarence Clemons, and Jim Keltner. Most recently, 10cc’s Graham Gouldman toured with the Band in 2018, but Hamish Stuart will be taking his place for this trek.

Ringo’s new photo book, Another Day In The Life, will be released shortly after the tour begins.
