This week, the ShaqFu Radio Featured Artist of the Week is none other than Shaq himself!
Shaquille O'Neal, nicknamed Shaq, began his career as a professional basketball player in 1992. He is widely considered one of the greatest players in the history of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Shaq hasn't had huge success in just basketball though. In addition to basketball, Shaq is a recording artist, DJ, entrepreneur, and sports analyst, to name a few.
Shaq officially began his music career in 1993 when he released his debut album, Shaq Diesel. His debut album went platinum and he went on to release three more studio albums. Although Shaq officially began his music career in the 90s, Shaq has been honing in on his musical talents since 1986 through rapping and DJing. Known as DJ Diesel, Shaq can be found behind the decks giving crowds some of the best music mixes out there. From intimate nightclubs to some of the biggest festivals, DJ Diesel rocks the crowds and gives every crowd a truly memorable performance. However, you don't have to attend Tomorrowland or Ultra Music Festival to hear DJ Diesel spin, you can tune in to ShaqFu Radio to hear Shaq's favorite music as well as live sets from DJ Diesel himself!
