Singer-songwriter and actress Tinashe has shared details of her upcoming fifth studio album, 333. She's also dropped the record's third single and has a U.S. tour planned for later this year.
333 is the follow-up to 2019's Songs For You, and is slated for release on August 6th. The 16-track album is available to pre-save here. The singer shared the album artwork on her Instagram over the weekend. The cover art shows Tinashe crouched in a concrete structure amid a lush setting, with a third eye on her forehead. She also posted a photo of the tracklist, featuring a hand with an eye in its palm.
In her cover art post, Tinashe revealed a new single was dropping. "I Can See the Future," a sultry trap tune that has Tinashe claiming she can "see the future" of her and a lover's relationship, is currently available.
"I Can See the Future" comes after the releases of two other album cuts: "Bouncin" and "Pasadena." The latter was Tinashe's first 2021 single and a collaboration with rapper Buddy. They had previously worked together on Buddy's single "Glitch," which came out in September 2020. Besides Buddy, 333 will feature collaborations with Kaytranada, Jeremih, Kaash Paige, Wax Motif, Quiet Child, and Kudzai.
The album unveiling follows Tinashe's recent U.S. tour announcement. The 2021 tour will begin on September 16. The trek will start in Houston and conclude in October in Seattle. South Korean alt-pop musician Rei Ami will provide support. Tinashe will officially wrap up the tour on October 24 with a livestream show for fans at home around the world. You can find more dates and where to purchase tickets on Tinashe's website.
