What Now? with Trevor Noah started in 2023, and has been an exclusive Spotify podcast since its launch. It is an interview show, and has featured the likes of Halle Berry, Jia Tolentino, Neal Brennan, Malcolm Gladwell, Lupita Nyong’o and Questlove.
“What Now? was founded on the idea that the best conversations happen when you’re not trying to perform and can just be curious about the person sitting across from you,” said Noah. “SiriusXM gets that. I’m excited to bring our show to their network because they give creators the freedom to explore those big, messy, wonderful questions that keep us all up at night.”
“Trevor has the rare gift of making you think while also making you laugh—which is exactly what great podcasting is all about,” added Scott Greenstein, President and Chief Content Officer at SiriusXM. “We’re thrilled to welcome his voice to the SiriusXM Podcast Network, where he can reach even more listeners hungry for the smart, authentic conversations he’s known for, and together we look forward to exploring new content opportunities for SiriusXM subscribers.”
In inking the podcast deal, Noah joins the likes of Alex Cooper - who moved her Call Her Daddy podcast to SiriusXM last August in an agreement reportedly around $125M. SiriusXM is also behind the series The Eddie Trunk Podcast, Notsam Wrestling, SmartLess and Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend.
In other Trevor Noah news, the former host of The Daily Show was the emcee for the 2025 Grammy Awards back in February - his fifth year in a row fulfilling the duty. Noah helmed the ceremony following Alicia Keys’ run as host in 2019 and 2020. The comedian may be close to breaking a record with his Grammy Awards hosting. Late singer Andy Williams holds the title for longest Grammys host, having taken up the role from 1971 to 1977. Noah is currently tied with LL Cool J, who hosted five ceremonies from 2012 to 2016.
