Ms. Lauryn Hill delivered a six-song set for the Louis Vuitton Men’s Spring-Summer 2021 Show that took place at the beginning of August in Shanghai, China. Now, that performance has been released on YouTube.
Recorded on July 31 at MLH Studio in New Jersey, the black-and-white video showcases Hill and her band performing "Ex-Factor," "Lost Ones," "Everything Is Everything," "Doo Wop (That Thing)," "Black Rage," and the Queen & Slim song "Guarding the Gates." Naima Ramos-Chapman directed the 21-minute film.
“Ms. Lauryn Hill is, to me, forever a muse,” Louis Vuitton’s menswear artistic director Virgil Abloh wrote in the video’s description.
