Two mysterious "30" billboards have been spotted by music fans, sparking speculation that Adele will be making her imminent return sometime in the near future.
The “30” signs arrive after Billboard revealed a radio host tweeted and deleted on Tuesday, “New Adele. This week.” So far, no new Adele music has been released this week.

Just today (Oct. 4), Adele updated her social media profiles to match the blue background of the billboards. Her website has also been updated to match, directing fans to sign up for Adele's mailing list.
The mystery around new Adele music follows the recent news of Taylor Swift suddenly moving the release of Red (Taylor’s Version) from Nov. 19 to Nov. 12. Adele fans are wondering whether the change was meant to accommodate a potential Adele album release date.
Adele has been teasing a 30 album for quite some time. Back in 2019, Adele playfully wrote on the bottom of an Instagram caption, “30 will be a drum n bass record to spite you.” In her Saturday Night Live appearance last October, she gave fans an update on her upcoming album, stating it wasn't ready yet.
Adele’s debut studio album 19 was released in 2008, followed by 21 in 2011, and 25 in 2015 - which won her a Grammy for Album of the Year. Fans are theorizing that since Adele is now 33 years old, she must have made the upcoming record when she was 30 years old, amidst the divorce from her then-husband Simon Konecki.
