Dio to Release Pair of Live Albums as Part of New Reissue Series

As part of BMG’s new “Dio Live Album Reissue Series,” two of Dio's live albums are being reissued in February: 2005’s Evil or Divine: Live in New York City and 2006’s Holy Diver Live.

Due out Feb. 12, these albums will be available on vinyl for the first time in years. Both records have been newly remastered and feature new artwork. They'll both be reissued as a 3LP pressed on 180-gram black vinyl.

In a statement, Wendy Dio, who serves as the curator of Dio's musical legacy, said, “I am very excited to be working with BMG, a label that still has a passion for rock music. They will be making the complete Dio catalogue available again with some interesting surprises.”

Ahead of the reissues, the live versions of “Lord of the Last Day” and “Holy Diver” have been released. You can pre-order Evil or Divine: Live in New York City and Holy Diver Live here.
