Featured Spotlight Station: Attic Of Hits Radio

Live365's "Featured Spotlight Station" this week is Attic Of Hits Radio! We spoke with Pete Donato about the station's setup, what listeners can expect to hear, and the station's favorite songs. Check out the interview below!

What brought you to Live365?

I was a member of the old Live365 and when I found out you were back, I jumped at it!

What's your studio like?

I use Audacity for recording and a Samson CO1U microphone.

What can listeners expect when they tune in to your station?

We play the hits & "LOST" hits from the 50s-80s. Lost hits are really songs that should have been hits. Also, we play a lot of B-sides. We have specialty nights, such as Motown Monday nights and 60s Sunday, where we play nothing but 60s tunes from 10 in the morning till 10 at night. Additionally, I do a LIVE show every Wednesday night, I take requests, and usually have themed nights.

What has been your favorite moment as a DJ/Station Manager so far?

My favorite moments are when I get fan email from all over the world. It really makes me feel good when I hear listeners saying they love the station and that they discovered music they had never heard before.

What is the best concert you've ever attended, and why?

This is a hard question because I've been to so many concerts over the years. I was a big Four Seasons fan growing up. I've seen them many times and they sound great live. Also, seeing Paul McCartney was awesome! He sounded great and brought back so many memories.

We asked for some of the station's favorite songs. Here's what they had to say!

Another tough question but here goes nothing. In no particular order:
