Lambchop to Release Collection of Covers 'TRIP'

Lambchop have a collection of covers on the way, TRIP due out Nov. 13 via Merge.

Each member of the band chose a song to cover, resulting in a six-track album featuring songs from artists like The Supremes, George Jones, and Stevie Wonder.

TRIP follows up 2019's This (Is What I Wanted to Tell You). Preorders are currently ongoing.

Ahead of the album's release, Lambchop have shared the album’s opening track, a cover of Wilco's “Reservations” that was chosen by drummer Matthew McCaughan.
