Still Woozy Announces Debut Album & Accompanying Tour Dates

Indie pop artist Still Woozy has announced details around his debut album If This Isn’t Nice, I Don’t Know What Is. He's also shared dates for an extensive North American and European tour.

And there's another treat: Still Woozy has released a brand new single called "That's Life." The fourth single off his upcoming album, Still Woozy has said the song is his "attempt to make peace with life's inconsistencies." It comes with a music video directed by Shawheen Kayani, and features the Oakland singer-songwriter facing hardships throughout different time periods and circumstances.

"That's Life" follows the 2020 release of the Marvin Gaye-sampling "Window," as well as "Kenny" and "Rocky" earlier this year. More of Still Woozy's psychedlic bedroom pop songs will be released when the new album drops, which is slated for August 13. You can pre-save the album on your desired streaming platforms here.

As for the tour, Still Woozy will begin in Tucson, Arizona in September and play shows throughout the U.S. and Canada. He'll wrap up in Vancouver, then take it over to Europe. The European tour will begin in Berlin, Germany and finish in Glasgow. You can find all tour dates and buy tickets here.

Still Woozy was supposed to embark on a 2020 tour, which would have consisted of 31 performances from May to September. However, the COVID-19 pandemic halted his plans.

Sven Eric Gamsky, known by his stage name Still Woozy, is a graduate from the University of California, Santa Cruz. He played with the alternative rock band Feed Me Jack from 2011 to 2016 until the group disbanded on good terms. The following year, Gamsky released his first single as Still Woozy, "Vacation," and dropped an EP and several more singles.
