The Rolling Stones are set to release a new best-of compilation album, Honk, on April 19 via Polydor/Interscope. Including 46 songs, both recorded hits and live tracks, the LP will showcase the band's lengthy career.
There are two different versions of the album: a single-CD and 2-LP edition featuring 20 songs, as well as a deluxe 3-CD/4-LP set with 46 tracks.
Both versions feature hits and classics ranging from 1971’s Sticky Fingers to 2016’s Grammy-winning Blue & Lonesome.
As for the deluxe set, it includes a full disc of 10 live tracks recorded during the band’s recent stadium tours, and several guest appearances, including Dave Grohl, Ed Sheeran, Brad Paisley, and Florence and the Machine’s Florence Welch.
The best-of LP is currently available for pre-order. Two digital editions of the compilation will be available in North America: the deluxe set at all streaming and download services, and the 20-track set at download services only. There are also a variety of Honk merch bundles available on their site.
The Rolling Stones will be making their way across the U.S. next month with their No Filter tour, which begins April 20 and ends on June 21. While there has been no announcement as to when fans can expect a new album, the band has been recording new material for their next studio album.
