Watch Lady Gaga & Tony Bennett Sing 'Anything Goes' on 'Colbert'

Lady Gaga recently stopped by The Late Show With Stephen Colbert and the two did a full recap of Gaga's extraordinary year - from her appearance at the presidential inauguration to her upcoming role in House of Gucci and method acting. Gaga also surprised the audience with a huge treat: a clip of her and Tony Bennett singing "Anything Goes" from their two-night Radio City Music Hall show earlier this year.

Gaga appeared on The Late Show to help support Love for Sale, the new Cole Porter covers album Gaga and Bennett released in October. Gaga talked to Colbert about her close friendship with Bennett, and reflected upon how the musician is still able to sing jazz despite his ongoing battle with alzheimers.

"When I tell you that when jazz begins, this man lights up in a way that is such magic - it just reminded me that anybody that has a family member or somebody that they love that's suffering from alzheimers or dementia, music is..." Gaga paused, looking for the right words. "Music is magic. Music is a miracle."

Gaga also sang a live snippet of "Anything Goes," breaking out into an impromptu performance with Jon Batiste, who currently leads the 2022 Grammy Awards nominations.

Gaga and Bennett's previous collaboration Cheek to Cheek debuted at #1 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart and earned the duo Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album at the 57th Grammy Awards. Love For Sale, its songs, and the music video for "I Get a Kick Out of You" have earned the artists six Grammy nominations for this year's ceremony.

Gaga and Bennett fans will be able to watch the duo's full Radio City performance very soon. The concert special One Last Time: An Evening with Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga airs Sunday, Nov. 28 at 8pm ET on CBS and streams live at the same time on Paramount+.

In other Gaga news, the superstar singer shared Dawn of Chromatica, a Chromatica remix album in September. It features contributions from Arca, Charli XCX, and Rina Sawayama. Her film House of Gucci is out today (November 24) in theaters.
