Last night, One World: Together At Home, an international special to honor and support healthcare workers in the global fight against COVID-19, aired across several networks and streamed live on various platforms.
The World Health Organization (WHO) and Global Citizen put on the star-studded special with the help of Lady Gaga, who largely curated the event. The special aired for two hours on TV, but was eight hours in total, with 6 hours streaming live before the final two hours aired.
Participants included Andrea Bocelli, Billie Eilish, Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day, Celine Dion, Elton John, FINNEAS, John Legend, Kacey Musgraves, Keith Urban, Maluma, Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder, Taylor Swift, and many more. Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel, Stephen Colbert, and the cast of Sesame Street hosted the special.
The entire 8-hour stream is available on the Global Citizen YouTube channel. Individual performances are also available on the channel.
