First Trailer Released for Elton John Biopic

A new biopic about Elton John will hit the big screen next year. A minute-long teaser trailer for "Rocketman" was released yesterday.

Taron Egerton will star in the central role as Elton John, John’s husband David Furnish is credited as a producer, and Sir Elton himself is an executive producer.

The movie was directed by Dexter Fletcher and is set to release in May 2019.

Elton John will be embarking on a Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour later this week. Due to the overwhelming demand for tickets, it was recently announced that more dates have been added to the tour.
