Megan Thee Stallion Shares Details of Hot Girl Summer Tour

Megan Thee Stallion has announced her Hot Girl Summer Tour. The headlining arena tour begins in May and will find the Texas rapper performing in the United States, Canada, Europe, and the United Kingdom.

For opening acts, so far it's been announced GloRilla will open for Megan Thee Stallion during the North American leg of the tour. The “hot girl summer” slogan blew up in 2019, and Megan Thee Stallion capitalized on the hype with her official “Hot Girl Summer” song that year. As of 2022, the rapper actually owns the trademark to the phrase.

The tour kicks off May 14 in Minneapolis, with stops in Chicago, New York City, Philadelphia, Atlanta, New Orleans, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles. The North American leg will wrap up on June 22 in Las Vegas, then Megan will head to Europe for a series of shows throughout July. Additionally, she'll perform at festivals including BottleRock, Boston Calling, Bonnaroo and Broccoli City during the tour.

Tickets for the Hot Girl Summer Tour will first become available to Citi cardmembers, who can access a presale starting March 20 at 1pm local time through March 21 at 10pm local time. Megan's fans will also be able to purchase tickets early through a presale, for which they can sign up at her website. The general public can purchase tickets when the official sale begins on March 22 at 10am local time.

News of the tour comes just as Megan has been releasing new music. Over the past few months, she's shared the singles “Cobra,” “Not My Fault,” and "Hiss" – the latter of which received great attention and created beef with Nicki Minaj. Her last album was 2022's Traumazine.
