Funky House Radio

Acerca

Funky House Radio is a Chicago house station for people who want to know where the music came from. From the Warehouse days to brand-new releases, Hank, Lisa and Mike play house, disco and soul around the clock, along with the stories behind the records. The world of the station is fiction: Hank, Lisa and Mike are written characters with AI-generated voices. The records are real. The research, programming and scripts come from one person, a former professional club DJ who never stopped digging through crates. Every record was made by somebody. We tell you who. Chicago built it. The world inherited it. On air from Sunday 1 November, 4pm Chicago time.
