Florence + the Machine have been releasing a slew of music videos recently. Now, they've revealed something else for fans: fall 2022 North American tour dates.
After playing a show in Los Angeles on April 29 and performing at NYC's Alice Tully Hall on May 6, Florence Welch's North American tour will pick up in September. Arlo Parks, King Princess, Sam Fender, Yves Tumor, Japanese Breakfast, and Wet Leg will take opening slots in different cities.
Stops on the tour include Chicago, Boston, Nashville, Orlando, Austin, Denver, Portland, San Diego, and more. The North American leg of the tour will conclude in Los Angeles on October 14. After that, Florence and her band will trek through Europe during November.
Earlier this month, Florence Welch announced Dance Fever, her first new album since 2018’s High as Hope. Fans have gotten a preview of the record with the three singles that have already been shared: “My Love,” “Heaven Is Here,” and “King.” The music videos for each single are notable for featuring Ukrainian production units, and the visual for "Heaven Is Here" in particular was filmed in Kyiv four months before Russia invaded Ukraine.
Welch co-produced Dance Fever with Jack Antonoff and Glass Animals’ Dave Bayley. The album is out May 13 and can be pre-ordered here. As for tickets to Florence + the Machine's tour, dates and ticket links can be found on the band's official website under the "Live" tab. Tickets go on general sale Friday, April 1 at 10am local time. One dollar from every ticket sold will benefit Choose Love to aid refugees worldwide.
