HAIM Share New Song 'Cherry Flavored Stomach Ache'

The HAIM sisters have released a new song called "Cherry Flavored Stomach Ache." Created for the soundtrack of Netflix's The Last Letter From Your Lover, the groovy harmonica-infused tune is about a woman escaping an unsatisfying relationship.

The song was produced by Dave Fridmann and Ariel Rechtshaid. Rechtshaid also co-produced HAIM’s latest Grammy-nominated studio album Women in Music Pt. III with Rostam Batmanglij.

HAIM tweeted about the song earlier this week, saying, "made this in the depths of quar which was the biggest gift." The Last Letter From Your Lover stars Shailene Woodley, Felicity Jones, Callum Turner, and Joe Alwyn, and will be available to watch July 23.

Speaking of Joe Alwyn, the actor's famous girlfriend, Taylor Swift, has been a big part of HAIM's career lately. The sisters shared a new version of their Women in Music Pt. III song "Gasoline" earlier this year, which featured a cameo by Swift. Before that, Swift featured the sisters on her evermore track "no body, no crime."

In other HAIM/Netflix news, the sister trio were tapped earlier this year to create original music for the streaming service's upcoming animated musical The Witch Boy.
