Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit Release 'Dreamsicle' Ahead of New LP

Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit are set to release their new album Reunions in the coming weeks, but ahead of the release, they've shared the newest track “Dreamsicle.”

The song, produced by Dave Cobb, looks back honestly on childhood. “Dreamsicle” specifically pulls from Isbell's childhood and that of his wife and band mate Amanda Shires.

Reunions is due out on May 15. On May 8, the album will be released exclusively to independent record stores in order to show them support amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
