Migos Release Fourth Studio Album 'Culture III'

Today (June 11) Migos released their fourth studio album Culture III. The third project in their Culture trilogy, it includes features from Cardi B, Drake, Justin Bieber, Future, Polo G, and NBA Youngboy. It also has posthumous appearances from Juice WRLD and Pop Smoke.

The new album comes two-and-a-half years after Culture II, which also featured Drake and Offset's wife, Cardi B. With hits like “Stir Fry” and “Walk It Talk It,” Culture II debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, as did its predecessor, Culture. The latter record earned the group a Grammy nomination for Best Rap Album.

In the gap of time between Culture II and Culture III, each member of Migos has released a solo project. Quavo released Quavo Huncho in October 2018 and Takeoff followed it with The Last Rocket a few weeks later in November. Offset then released Father of Four in 2019. The trio reunited for a feature on DaBaby’s “RAW SH**” in 2019 and teamed up with H.E.R. for “WE GOING CRAZY” on DJ Khaled’s recent album Khaled Khaled.

Migos kicked off the Culture III era with the release of the single "Straightenin," and debuted their song "Avalanche" on Fallon earlier this week. So far, Culture III is only available to stream.
