LH Radio is a non-commercial community internet radio station broadcasting from Queens, NY. Developed as a key branch of our organizational programming, the station features original content 100% by and for local people, that is intentionally multilingual and inspired by a community of cultures in contact. Operating off of the premise that the LOCAL is GLOBAL, Los Herederos Radio is a hub for immigrant New York, a channel for information sharing at the neighborhood level, and a platform for creative connection worldwide. Offering a combination of live and pre recorded content, we harness the power of contemporary DIY technologies to make media-storytelling and musical discovery accessible to all.
