This station came from a personal desire to listen to something that would tune me into peace. Bring me back to center. Something not to distract me from the present moment but help bring me closer to it. Offer myself ideas to contemplate. Once my mind was peaceful and relaxed, allowing in mantras, ideas, remembrance.
