Charlie Puth Creates Panera Bread Charged Lemonade Beat in New TikTok
Charlie Puth fans know the artist has a habit of posting behind-the-scenes work and other fun musical content onto his TikTok. Yesterday (July 18), the artist showed off an extra special beat...all for Panera Bread!
In a collaboration with the company, Charlie Puth uses TikTok to show fans how he can use a sound clip of someone drinking Panera's Charged Lemonade beverage to create a sick beat. "This could be an interesting beat for Panera's Charged Lemonade," Puth says after showing a video clip of someone pouring ice and lemonade into a glass and slurping it.
Puth uses the sound of ice pouring into the cup as a melody, pitching up the audio and playing it on his keyboard in order to do so. He then adds in the noise of the lemonade being poured, some slurping, and a refreshing "aaaah" voice.
After including bass into the track, Puth closes his recording session by saying, "add another snare drum and you've got yourself a fresh Charged Lemonade Panera beat." Puth then plays the final product out loud in his studio, and it makes an unsuspecting assistant dance along with him.
Also on TikTok, Charlie Puth has posted themed videos around his latest hit song, "Left and Right." His clips have included recording sessions of the song, jokes relating to it, and even a collaboration with BTS member Jungkook, who is featured on the song.
In other Charlie Puth news, his music video for "Left and Right" recently hit over 100 million views. Back in January, Puth dropped his highly-anticipated single "Light Switch." He is set to release his third studio album, titled Charlie, on October 7. It will be his latest album since 2018, when he released his sophomore LP Voicenotes. You can pre-order/pre-save Charlie here.
