K-LYT ReUnion is to recognize the work of God which began in 1976, when some radio pioneers signed on a new FM station in Albuquerque, featuring music from the Jesus Revolution, sometimes called Contemporary Christian. The radio format and genre later became known as Christian Oriented Rock. KLYT FM was recognized nationwide as a leader in the music genre and staged many concerts to promote it through its sister organization Mountaintop Productions. Our aim is to celebrate how the Holy Spirit touched so many lives through this medium, and through that music, then and since. While we curate music from those early days, we also sprinkle in later songs which capture that raw sincerity that over-flowed from the hearts of those COR/CCM Pioneers - Like Chuck Girard, Larry Norman, Randy Stonehill, Randy Matthews, 2nd Chapter, Keith Green, Barry McGuire, John Fischer, Pat Terry Group, Daniel Amos, Steve Camp, Leon Patillo & others.
